In the southern regions from Wairarapa ki Tararua to Te Whanganui-a-Tara and from Porirua to Aotea, Horowhenua, Otaki, Rangitikei-Manawatu, Aorangi and Waimarino to Kaikoura as well claims are clear.  Severe loss of mana and tapu of all our priority supertribal consistencies, including identity, origins, status of existence - the lot.  10 counts of institutional racism of the worst kind, disenfranchisement, and deprivation lead claims.

From Te Takapau - Porangahau, Waipawa, Te Waipukurau o Ruakuha to Tukituki to take in all southern Heretaunga ararau up to Waimarama make up central regions.  Having suffered severe land loss right throughout the rohe the remarkable loss equals southern regions, including in deprivation, marginalisation, and impoverishment extent.  Apart from total disenfranchisement there we were severely robbed to join the world's poorest peoples.

In Te Wairoa north other 'iwi' claim in as well claiming our subtribal groups there.  We do have ample proof of our claims there though of Ngai Tuwharekia, Ngai Parehina, Ngai Tauira and Ngai Te Aomataura.  In most cases 'Kahungunu' and 'Rangitane' thought they had it sorted finding it hard to accept they did not. Kaikoura is similar, Waimarino and some Wellington areas.

From Te Whanganui-a-Orotu - Ahuriri and other areas, including much of northern Heretaunga, east, some west, of Te Mahia, and much of northern Te Wairoa make up northern regions.  Like most others total alienation from lands, deprivation, marginalisation and extreme prejudice - engineered in Crown acts - lead claims.  Crown acts and omissions are simply astounding.
